Description

Uncountable is seeking an experienced marketing operator who is passionate about scaling demand generation and creating outsized leverage through modern marketing practices. Uncountable’s goal is to revolutionize industrial research and development. Help us build a best-in-class go to market motion to scale the company and our impact.

This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to our CEO and is an opportunity to help build out the marketing team and a fast-growing technology company.

Salary Range: $100K - $140K + Equity

Location: New York or London (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

You will have full autonomy to build a scalable, data-driven customer acquisition machine from the ground up.

Full-Cycle Campaign Ownership: Design and execute the entire lead lifecycle—from initial ad creative and SEM strategy to automated nurturing sequences and sales handoff.

Budget & ROI Accountability: Allocate spend across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing and industry publications

SEO & AEO: Work to improve our websites positioning in search and answer engine rankings.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate enterprise R&D organizations in chemicals, materials science, and CPG.

Data Analysis & Attribution: Build the dashboards that track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and multi-touch attribution.

Preferred Qualifications

We hire for ability over experience. However, familiarity with best practices in enterprise SaaS companies is necessary for success.

SaaS Experience: B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing, specifically in demand gen or growth roles. Experience in an early-stage environment is highly preferred.

Technical or Scientific Fluency: Ability to speak the language of R&D directors and IT stakeholders. You must be unafraid to explain why a centralized data schema matters to a scientist.
