Mit intelligenten und zukunftsfähigen Produkten entwickelt CLAAS E-Systems elektronische Lösungen, um Maschinen miteinander und mit uns zu vernetzen. Terminals & Cabin Electronics, Driving & Steering, Sensors & Components – in diesen Schwerpunktthemen der Elektrik und Elektronik sind wir zu Hause.

Vervollständigt wird unser Know-How durch Teams aus den Bereichen Diagnose, Testing, Machine Datamanagement sowie unseren Expert:innen für Architektur und AI, ebenso wie durch übergreifende Support Bereiche. Jeden Tag arbeiten wir daran, Landwirtschaft noch effizienter zu gestalten.

## Ihre Rolle in unserem Team:

  • Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für die Definition, Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer skalierbaren, zukunftssicheren Embedded-Software-Plattform (z. B. auf Basis von Embedded Linux oder AUTOSAR)
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Entwicklungsteams, einschließlich Kapazitäts- und Kostenplanung für den Verantwortungsbereich
  • Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Entwicklungsmethoden (z. B. CI/CD, DevOps) im Embedded-Umfeld zur Sicherstellung von Software-Wiederverwendbarkeit, Sicherheit und hoher Qualität über verschiedene Hardware-Produkte hinweg
  • Weiterentwicklung von Software-Architekturen und Plattformstrategien zur nachhaltigen Optimierung der Produktentwicklung

## Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Technischen Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige (idealerweise 7–10+ Jahre) Erfahrung in der hardwarenahen Softwareentwicklung (C, C++) sowie fundierte Führungserfahrung
  • Tiefgehendes Know-how in Embedded-Betriebssystemen (z. B. Embedded Linux, AUTOSAR, RTOS), Mikrocontrollern/SoCs sowie im Umgang mit Toolchains und Build-Systemen (z. B. Yocto)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Functional Safety nach ISO 26262 oder ISO 25119
  • Interesse und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber digitalen Technologien, insbesondere im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
