auf Private Label sowie Co‑Manufacturing befindet man sich in einer
dynamischen Wachstums‑ und Transformationsphase. Aufgaben Als
Mitglied des Management-Teams führen Sie den Bereich Finance und
übernehmen als Sparringspartner des Geschäftsführers die
Verantwortung für Finance, HR-Payroll und IT Sie verantworten die
Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse, Reporting sowie Budget, Forecast und
Finanzplanung Sie etablieren eine KPI-basierte, vorausschauende
Steuerung einschließlich Cash- und Working-Capital-Management,
entwickeln Controlling, Reporting und Systeme mit NAVISION/Microsoft
Business Central und Power BI stetig weiter und schaffen eine moderne
KPI-Kultur mit Transparenz Profil Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finance
oder Controlling eines mittelständischen Produktionsunternehmens,
idealerweise Food/FMCG Sichere Praxis in Monats- und
Jahresabschlüssen, Kostenrechnung, Kalkulation, Forecasting und
Management-Reporting Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft NAVISION
beziehungsweise Business Central sowie Power BI
Hands-on-Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter operativer Orientierung,
Teamgeist und klarer Kommunikation über alle Hierarchieebenen
Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie Erfahrung im
Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern Wir bieten Gezielte
