Head of Global Logistics (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen Logistikstrategie für Transport, Lagerhaltung und Distribution
  • Steuerung und Optimierung internationaler Materialflüsse sowie Sicherstellung von Kosten-, Termin- und Servicezielen (OTIF)
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des globalen Logistikteams sowie Steuerung internationaler Logistikdienstleister
  • Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Logistikprozessen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung internationaler Handels- und Zollvorschriften
  • Etablierung eines wirksamen Risiko- und Performance-Managements zur Sicherstellung einer resilienten globalen Logistikorganisation

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Logistik- oder Supply-Chain-Management sowie Führungserfahrung in einem globalen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Transport, Lagerhaltung, Logistiknetzwerke und ERP-/Logistiksysteme
  • Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in Kostensteuerung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
