About the Role

Lead growth across demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement at a remote-first B2B SaaS company focused on referral and user-led growth. You will own the funnel from campaign strategy through closed-won and build the automation and measurement systems that support the company's growth.

What You'll Do

Plan and run integrated campaigns for product launches, category events, and company announcements.

Build and optimize demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels, measuring pipeline from first touch through closed-won.

Run a flagship industry awards program and activate community opportunities for distribution and brand building.

Grow a micro-influencer program with industry practitioners, investors, and software operators.

Build automated workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled systems connecting CRM, product data, and marketing channels.

Use Claude or similar AI tools to reduce manual work and document workflows for team reuse.

Set up tracking and reporting, and develop product positioning, launch plans, customer stories, newsletters, website updates, and sales enablement materials.

Work closely with leadership and teams across content, partnerships, design, product, and sales.

What We're Looking For

Six to eight years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in B2B software, with ownership of growth, content, or demand generation.

A track record of demand generation or content programs that produced measurable pipeline.

Hands-on experience building technical growth, marketing automation, analytics, data, or AI-enabled workflows.

Proficiency with Claude or similar AI tools, including familiarity with skills, plugins, and workflow automation.

Strong technical fluency with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and CMS tools such as Framer or Webflow.

Experience in B2C growth, with PLG, referral, or word-of-mouth experience also valuable.

SEO or GEO experience, strong design judgment, and clear, persuasive English writing.

Organized and autonomous, with the ability to discuss technical topics with engineering teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is €100,000 to €120,000 annually, with flexibility up to €130,000. Equity is offered through a virtual stock option plan. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Remote, with required availability within CET plus or minus three hours. Eligible locations are not specified.
