Head of marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Marketing based in the United States.

The Head of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for a fast-growing, AI-powered B2B SaaS business transforming how organizations manage employee relations. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the senior leadership team, this role will oversee brand positioning, product marketing, demand generation, pipeline growth, and digital presence. The successful candidate will build and develop a high-performing marketing function while aligning Sales, Product, and Customer Success around a consistent market narrative. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, this individual will drive measurable revenue impact through data-driven campaigns, compelling content, and innovative AI-powered marketing workflows.
