Die Firma KERN LIEBERS Wuppertal GmbH produziert als selbstständiges Tochterunternehmen der KERN LIEBERS Gruppe Spezialfedern aus Bandmaterial für besondere Marktsegmente im Automotivbereich, für die Investitions- und die Konsumgüterindustrie.

## IHRE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN:

Sie führen die Bereiche Produktion, Werkzeugbau, Betriebstechnik und Logistik und steuern deren erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit.
Unsere Lean-, Shopfloor- und KVP-Strukturen entwickeln Sie kontinuierlich weiter und verankern diese im Arbeitsalltag.
Bestehende Prozesse optimieren Sie gezielt und treiben Investitionen zur nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktion voran.
Die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards stellen Sie sicher (z.B. ISO TS 16949, APQP/PPAP ).
Als Führungskraft entwickeln und fördern Sie ein Team von rund 40 Mitarbeitenden und schaffen die Rahmenbedingungen für eine leistungsstarke Zusammenarbeit.
Für Ihre Verantwortungsbereiche steuern Sie Personal-, Betriebs-, Projekt- und Investitionskosten.

## ZEIGEN SIE UNS IHRE EXPERTISE:

Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Langjährige Führungserfahrung innerhalb einer Produktion oder eines Werkes zeichnet Sie aus, idealerweise in der Metallumformung.
Fundierte Lean-Management-Expertise verbinden Sie mit praktischer Umsetzungserfahrung und haben Lean-Prinzipien bereits erfolgreich eingeführt und nachhaltig verankert.
Im Umgang mit MS Office sind Sie sicher, Kenntnisse in SAP sowie CAD Solid Edge sind von Vorteil.
Sie kommunizieren sicher und fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch.
Langfristiges Denken, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit prägen Ihre Arbeitsweise.
