We're a small, close-knit team. We move fast, think long-term, and ship real things — not pitch decks.

2 million people visit HappyScribe every month, and most of them found us on their own.

We're hiring a Head of Organic Growth to turn that audience into far more customers, and to find the channels that bring the next wave.

Until now, organic has been run hands-on by our co-founder, with a small team and a fleet of AI agents. You take it over: the number, the budget, the team and the roadmap. It's a builder's role, not a management one, at a scale where every test gets an answer in days.

Responsibilities

Own the number — your core. New customers, qualified sales leads and revenue from organic. Not traffic, not rankings.

Set the roadmap. One ranked plan across SEO, AI search, conversion, content and new channels. Say clearly what we stop doing.

Grow SEO in every language we serve. Technical health, content and links, market by market. Decide where to invest more and where to stop.

Win AI search. Make HappyScribe the answer ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews give for transcription, subtitles and meeting notes.

Convert more of what we already get. Run a steady testing program on landing pages, free tools, signup and the sales form, and ship the winners with engineering.

Turn every channel into customers. Blog, YouTube, links and PR, and the loops inside our product: shared transcripts, exports and meeting notes.

Find the next channel. Launch agentic experiments on channels we don't use yet. Kill fast, double down on what works, and bring in a specialist once a channel is proven.

Lead the team and the budget. Our content, outreach and video team, plus our SEO and outreach agencies. Full say on spend, hiring and which partners stay.

Run the weekly rhythm. An automated scorecard (cost, visits, signups, customers and € per initiative) and a short weekly review with the founders.

Must-have competencies

SEO depth that grew into owning revenue — the core skill. You started in SEO and went on to own customers or revenue at a self-serve SaaS. You can name the baseline, what you did and the result in €.

AI fluency at the top of our scale — non-negotiable. AI doesn't just make you faster; it changes how you work:

You collapse the handoff chain, doing end to end what used to pass from SEO to writer to developer to analyst.

You ship across crafts: copy, page changes, data analysis, simple code.

You build systems others run: agents and pipelines for audits, briefs, translation, outreach and reporting.

You can show a concrete before/after, and explain where you deliberately don't use AI.

Hands-on and technical. You read Search Console, crawls, test results and SQL yourself, and can brief an engineer on a fix.

International SEO. You've grown a site across languages and markets.

Beyond search. You've run conversion tests or launched a channel from zero.

A leader who builds. Clear briefs, clear targets, and the courage to cut what doesn't work. You raise the team's AI level, not just your own.
