Role Overview

We are seeking a high-agency, full-lifecycle Head of PLM Growth to spearhead the commercialization and technical deployment of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution.

In this role, you will own the revenue pipeline for the PLM product line—acting to discover, negotiate, and close enterprise deals.

This is a "full-stack" entrepreneurial role demanding exceptional enterprise sales acumen.

Location

Preference for New York on London. Remote in the U.S. or UK is also possible.

Compensation

Base Salary: $120,000 - $160,000

OTE: $200,000 - $250,000

Incentive Compensation: Fraction of PLM revenue generated

Equity: Options in Uncountable Inc.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the enterprise sales funnel from qualified lead to execution of master services agreements (MSAs) and statements of work (SOWs).

Technical Discovery & Value Realization: Map complex R&D, product development, and quality management workflows to Uncountable’s PLM capabilities, demonstrating ROI to VP and C-level stakeholders.

Commercial Negotiation: Navigate complex enterprise procurement, legal, and IT security reviews to successfully close six-figure ARR contracts.

Product Feedback Loop: Act as the strategic bridge between the market and our core engineering team, translating customer requirements and sales friction points into high-priority product roadmap items.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

Domain Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of experience within the PLM space, either selling, implementing, or heavily utilizing these systems within relevant enterprise environments (e.g., chemicals, materials, CPG, or life sciences).

Proven Commercial Track Record : Experience managing complex B2B enterprise SaaS sales cycles ($100k+ ARR) with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

High Agency : Comfortable operating autonomously in an ambiguous environment; willing to pivot rapidly between high-level strategic negotiations and granular, tactical system configuration.
