Verstärken Sie das Team von Falke Fashion am Standort Schmallenberg als Head of Procurement (m/w/d).

### IHRE AUFGABE:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Teams (>50 Mitarbeiter) sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Tools und KPI-Systemen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsstrategie für alle Vollzukaufsegmente
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen Lieferantenportfolios inkl. Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Kostenstrukturen, Margen sowie Verhandlung und Abschluss langfristiger Lieferverträge
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, qualitäts- und kosteneffizienten Beschaffung inklusive Forecast- und Kapazitätsplanung
  • Identifikation und Steuerung von Risiken entlang der Lieferkette (z. B. Lieferfähigkeit, Compliance, ESG)
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitäts-, Nachhaltigkeits- und ESG-Standards in der gesamten Lieferkette

### IHR PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Textilmanagement, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Führungserfahrung (mindestens 5-7 Jahre) im strategischen Einkauf / Procurement
  • Fundiertes Markt- und Produktverständnis in mindestens einem relevanten Segment (Underwear, Fashion, Sportswear oder Baselayer)
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im internationalen Lieferantenmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke kombiniert mit analytischem Denkvermögen und unternehmerischer Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft erforderlich
