We're partnering with a founder-led, high-growth lifestyle brand to identify a Head of Product who will lead the end-to-end product organization and partner directly with the founders to shape the future of the brand.
What You'll Own
Product strategy and seasonal execution from concept through commercialization
Leadership across Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing & Production
Building scalable product processes while maintaining speed and agility
Cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership and global manufacturing partners
We're Looking For
8+ years of product leadership within apparel, footwear, or consumer products
Experience leading multiple product functions under one organization
Proven success scaling teams and product organizations in a high-growth environment
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Thrives in a founder-led, fast-paced culture where adaptability is key
