Why This Role Matters Now

Where you'll create impact

Own the end-to-end design vision and execution across the DualEntry platform, from web to mobile

Lead and grow the design function, setting a high bar for craft, UX, and product quality

Translate complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive experiences

Build and evolve a scalable, component-based design system in Figma

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and founders to shape product direction and ship quickly

Bring user insights into product decisions through research, testing, and customer feedback

Define how design operates at DualEntry — team structure, processes, standards, and ways of working

Continuously improve how we design, prototype, and ship

What sets you up for success

Hardcore work ethic and high agency

8+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end with at least 2+ years' operating at a senior or leadership level

Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems

Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail

Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript

Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions

Bonus if you have experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools

Andy kicked off DualEntry's Ctrl+AI series, helping accounting professionals learn about in-production AI-native workflows.

Bram Founding Product Designer, designed DualEntry's AI agent end to end and built the core of the product's design system.

Compensation & Benefits

Equity: $80,000 - $100,000

Base salary: $180,000 - $275,000
