YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a Head of S&OP to lead the transformation of our existing S&OP function and shape its future operating model. The role combines strategic design with hands-on implementation: strengthening our demand planning fundamentals, driving adoption across our country organizations, and building the cross-functional planning and decision-making capabilities our business needs.

  • Lead and develop the S&OP team (7 S&OP Manager), ensuring reliable execution while driving the transformation of the function.
  • Assess the current setup and define and implement the future operating model, including processes, responsibilities, governance, and interfaces.
  • Establish robust demand planning processes across our countries, covering forecasts, promotions, new product introductions, phase-outs, and other key demand drivers.
  • Drive a fact-based consensus demand plan and constructively challenge commercial assumptions
  • Work directly with the country organizations to implement common standards, strengthen capabilities, and establish clear ownership and accountability.
  • Strengthen collaboration with Supply Planning and shape a fit-for-purpose S&OP approach that translates relevant gaps into scenarios, actions, and management decisions.
  • Establish meaningful performance management and shape the required data, analytics, and system capabilities to ensure sustainable improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Operations or Supply Chain, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning, including proven leadership responsibility; experience in an international wholesale, retail, distribution, or omnichannel environment is an advantage
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing planning processes and operating models in complex, international organizations
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a genuinely hands-on approach and the drive to turn concepts into sustainable day-to-day execution
  • Experience in leading international, geographically dispersed teams and building cohesion, engagement, and performance across locations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to constructively challenge Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and senior country management, resolve conflicting priorities, and establish accountability
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a solid understanding of forecasting, planning KPIs, and supporting systems and tools
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and resilient personality with strong communication skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel regularly to our country organizations
