Head of Service (m/w/d)

  • BEI UNS ERWARTET SIE
  • Fachliche Koordination und disziplinarische Verantwortung für den gesamten Bereich Service (Sales, Back Office, Onsite: ca. 20 MA)
  • Implementierung von Service-Projekten am Standort sowie standortübergreifend
  • Entwicklung von Produkt- und Vertriebsstrategien, Auftragsverhandlungen führen
  • Optimierung der Service- Prozesse sowie die Gesamtverantwortung für den Auftragseingang
  • WAS SIE MITBIRNGEN
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service mit technischer und vertrieblicher Ausrichtung sowie erste Führungserfahrung
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit und die Nähe zum Markt
