Providing medical, wellness and community services in Coromandel, Paeroa, Waihi, Te Aroha and Whitianga areas. We have successfully delivered services in Hauraki since 1994 and aim to be a leading indigenous health provider by providing high-quality, whānau-centred services in the Hauraki locality.
We are looking for a Health Coach to join our Ohu Hinengaro (primary mental health) team. This non-clinical role will be based at a designated general practice clinic in Hauraki.
