Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a PRN (as needed) in our Health Information Department for a Department Secretary.

Admissions Representative Responsibilities:

• •Process release of information requests for Floyd Valley Healthcare and Floyd Valley Clinics
• •Scan hospital and clinic documentation
• •Process incomplete ambulatory orders
• •Transfer external documents from the fax queue to chart

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

• •BLS a plus; certification is required as an employee.
• •Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required within six months of employment.
