San Francisco Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Aide/Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is committed to providing exceptional resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Pay & Schedule

Starting Wage: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | NOC Shift (8:00 PM – 4:30 AM)

Location: San Francisco Post Acute, San Francisco, CA

Position Overview

As a Healthcare Aide/Nursing Assistant , you will play an important role in supporting residents and assisting the nursing team with daily care activities. Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

Observing residents and promptly reporting any changes in condition to the nursing staff.

Supporting the healthcare team in providing high-quality resident care and services.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff.

Following all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
