Healthcare Software Implementation Specialist – 100% Remote

This position is 100% remote and allows you to live anywhere in the U.S. and work from your home office. RAM does not provide sponsorship for U.S. employment and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. All work must be done within the U.S.
Working as part of the Client Support team, the Implementation Specialist has the ability to forge strong customer relations, evaluate client requirements and develop configurations that support business processes.
Responsibilities of an Implementation Specialist:
Define and execute implementation plans.
Test and troubleshoot final system configuration.
Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations.
Analyze client data to assist clients with configuration issues.
Create and run database queries to evaluate data.
Configure and test within the system to make recommendations to clients.
Identify and facilitate issue resolution with functional and technical groups.
Requirements of an Implementation Specialist:
Strong reading comprehension, writing and presentation skills.
2-4 years of related health care or software implementation experience.
Bachelor's degree with a focus in Management Information Systems or Health Care is preferred or equivalent experience is required.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or working experience with technology (i.e. UNIX, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently.
Occasional travel may be required in the future.
The Implementation Specialist offers a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, STD, LTD, 5 weeks' vacation, and paid holidays.
