Job Description

Your role:

• •Data Analysis and Reporting : Prepare data analysis, reports, and presentations within the field of healthcare, and sustainability.
• •Administrative and Managerial Support : Handle administrative tasks like creating purchase orders, travel booking, and expense reconciliation. Provide managerial support by organizing meetings, managing calendars, and participating in meetings and external events as needed.
• •Stakeholder Collaboration : Facilitate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, public and private institutions.

You're the right fit if:

• •You are a student in at least third year of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree, ideally in a healthcare-related field
• •You are available for work at least 30 hours per week, with some of that time spent on-site at the Warsaw office
• •You are fluent in both Polish and English
• •You are a highly organized problem-solver who takes initiative in resolving issues and improving processes, with excellent communication and analytical skills

• How we work together
• We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
• Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
• Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
• This role is an office role.
