Healthcare Technician - Female RN-AN without license -Filipino

The Healthcare Technician supports healthcare professionals in providing basic patient care and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment. This role does not require a professional healthcare license but requires strong communication skills, compassion, and the ability to follow medical instructions and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Assist patients with daily activities and basic care needs
• •Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• •Prepare treatment rooms and medical equipment
• •Support nurses and doctors during patient care procedures
• •Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards
• •Transport patients within the facility when needed
• •Document patient information accurately
• •Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times
• •Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications:

• •RN, AN, without license with Proft with certificate
• •Certification in healthcare assistance or caregiver training is an advantage
• •Basic knowledge of healthcare and patient care practices
• •Good communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
• •Compassionate and professional attitude

Experience:

Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, nursing home, or healthcare setting preferred.
