Das St. Anna-Haus ist ein therapeutisches Wohnheim für psychisch kranke und behinderte Menschen im Stadtteil Rheinau-Casterfeld. Es stehen 33 Einzelzimmer-Apartments im Haupthaus und 25 Einzelzimmer in Dreier-Wohngemeinschaften in Außenwohngruppen zur Verfügung.

Das bringen Sie mit:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heil- und Erziehungspfleger:in, eine Fachweiterbildung Psychiatrie von Vorteil
Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen wünschenswert
Zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft für innovative Arbeitsformen und Flexibilität
Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit

Ihr Beitrag zum gemeinsamen Ziel:

Betreuung psychisch erkrankter Menschen im Wohnumfeld in Kooperation mit dem Bereich der Arbeitstherapie
Qualitätsmanagement (Berichtswesen, Dokumentation, Hilfeplanung)
Sozialadministrative Aufgaben im Sozialhilfebereich und im Bereich der Eingliederungshilfemaßnahme
Identifikation mit den Werten der Caritas
