Ihr Profil

  • Sie besitzen einen Abschluss als Staatlich anerkannte:r Erzieher:in oder Abschluss als Diplompädagog:in oder Abschluss als Heilerzieher:in
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern mit besonderem Unterstützungs- oder Förderbedarf
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus
  • Sie verfügen über Sensibilität im Umgang mit Kindern und Eltern, Engagement sowie ein hohes Maß an sozialer und interkultureller Kompetenz

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle pädagogische Begleitung eines Kindes im Rahmen einer 1:1-Betreuung
  • Unterstützung des Kindes im Kita-Alltag (z. B. bei Spiel-, Lern-, Ruhe- und Alltagssituationen)
  • Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung in enger Abstimmung mit dem pädagogischen Team
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern sowie ggf. externen Fachstellen und Therapeut:innen
  • Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung von Förder- und Entwicklungszielen
  • Einbindung der Eltern im Sinne einer respektvollen Erziehungspartnerschaft
