  • In Garbsen und Umgebung suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Heilerzieherin (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit als Springerin für Kitas in Not. Sie springen dort ein, wo Kinder mit besonderen Bedürfnissen auf Ihre Hilfe warten und wo Personalausfall eine kleine Katastrophe bedeutet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle Begleitung und Förderung von Kindern mit und ohne Behinderung im Rahmen der inklusiven Pädagogik
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation pädagogischer Angebote und Fördermaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung in der Alltagsbewältigung und bei pflegerischen Tätigkeiten
  • Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Kolleg:innen sowie Fachdiensten und Therapeuten

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Erzieherin mit Zusatz Heilpädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) oder Heilerzieherin (m/w/d)
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitverantwortung für die Erziehung, Bildung und Betreuung der Kinder
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Arbeit mit besonderen Kindern
