Für unseren Familienentlastenden Dienst (FED) suchen wir ab 01.06.2026 (oder früher) eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als pädagogische Fachkraft. Der Stellenumfang beträgt 80% – 100%.

  • Sie organisieren bestehende und neue Gruppenangebote für Kinder und Erwachsene
  • Sie planen und organisieren Ausflüge für Erwachsene
  • Sie leiten ehrenamtliche/bürgerschaftlich Tätige Mitarbeiter in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich an
  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung, eine Ausbildung in Heilerziehungspflege oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und haben Lust, Arbeit zu gestalten
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kooperationskompetenz, sind teamfähig, flexibel und engagiert
  • Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Eltern
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung sind von Vorteil
