- Begleitung, Versorgung, Assistenz von Menschen mit vorrangig kognitiver Behinderung
- Förderung im Bereich der Selbständigkeit, Entscheidungsfindung, Alltagskompetenz und Integration
- Übernahme medizinisch-pflegerischer Aufgaben und Ausführung ärztlicher Anordnungen
- Konflikt- und Krisenintervention
- Hilfeplanung, Leistungsdokumentation und Berichtswesen
Ihr Profil und Ihre Qualifikation
- Ausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger, Erzieher, Gesundheits-/Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Sozialkompetenz, Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit, Kooperationsfähigkeit, Herzlichkeit
- Grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse
- Führerschein der Klasse B von Vorteil
