DEIN EINSATZ

individuelle, pädagogische Begleitung und Förderung der eigen ständigen Lebensführung der Klient\*innen
Sicherung der individuellen Basisversorgung und Training elementarer Alltagsfähigkeiten
Unterstützung und Betreuung der Klient\*innen in Konflikt - & Krisensituationen
Erstellung an Hilfeplan- und Beteiligung an Fallgesprächen
Angebote im Rahmen der Freizeitpädagogik

DEIN PROFIL

Ausbildung in den Berufsfeldern Heilerziehungspflege, Erziehung, Ergotherapie oder Vergleichbares
Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit psychisch kranken und suchtkranken Menschen
Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
ein gültiger Führerschein
christliche Werte wie Nächstenliebe, Toleranz und Wertschätzung
