Wir sind ein modernes Dienstleistungsunternehmen der Gesundheitsbranche und suchen für unseren Förder- und Betreuungsbereich in Chemnitz zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Voll- oder Teilzeit einen:

Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d)

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung sowie Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und des Sozialverhaltens der Klienten
  • Erstellen von individuellen Förderplänen, Entwicklungs- und Sozialberichten
  • Setzen und Verabreichen von Medikamenten, Hilfestellung bei hygienischen & sozialen Notwendigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger, zum Erzieher/ Ergotherapeuten mit Heilpädagogischer Zusatzqualifikation (HPZ) oder einen Abschluss in der Pflege
  • Freude und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderungen
  • Klientenorientiertes, aufgeschlossenes und freundliches Auftreten
