  • Begleitung von Menschen sowohl an unserem Stützpunkt als auch im Sozialraum Graz
  • Berufliche und persönliche Entwicklung: Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Teambesprechungen, Supervisionen, Mitarbeitergespräche, Coaching und Situationstraining gehören zu unserem Standard
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung in Behinderten- oder Altenarbeit (inkl. UBV)
  • Berufserfahrung oder Praktika im Umgang mit Menschen mit herausforderndem Verhalten
  • Weiterbildungsbereitschaft im Bereich Deeskalation und agogisches Arbeiten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit herausforderndem Verhalten
