Für unser DRK-Wohnheim in Bischofswerda suchen wir ab sofort

## Heilerziehungspfleger/Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

für 30 Stunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • individuelle Alltagsbegleitung von Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Planung und Durchführung von pädagogischen und pflegerischen Betreuungsangeboten
  • intensive und auf den Menschen gerichtete Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Ansprechpersonen und im Sozialraum
  • Dokumentation der Betreuungsleistungen

Ihr fachliches Profil:

  • eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung zum/zur Heilerziehungspfleger/-in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Führungskompetenz
  • umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Pflege und Betreuung von Pflegebedürftigen
