  • Dein Profil
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Sozial- oder Gesundheitsbereich z.B.: Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Heimhilfe, Pflegeassistenz, Fachsozialbetreuer:in (Behindertenarbeit oder -begleitung), PFA, DGKP
  • Klare, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie können deeskalierend handeln und professionelle Nähe und Distanz wahren
  • Vorerfahrung mit dem TEACCH Ansatz und Gewaltprävention von Vorteil
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und eigenen PKW
  • Wir bieten
  • Öffnungszeiten der Werkstätte von Mo bis Do 8-16:30 Uhr, Fr 8-13 Uhr; tägliche Arbeitszeit rund 8 Stunden
  • Arbeiten in einem Team von mehreren Begleiter:innen und mit dem Wohnhaus
  • Unterstützung durch die Fachbereiche
