  • Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuer:in Behindertenarbeit oder Behindertenbegleitung, andere psychosoziale Ausbildung wie z. B. Studium der Pädagogik, Psychologie, FH Soziale Arbeit oder Kolleg für Sozialpädagogik oder Pflegeassistent:in
  • Aufschulung Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung (UBV)
  • Kompetenz in der personenzentrierten Begleitung und Unterstützung
  • Stets wertschätzende Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude an der Arbeit
  • EDV-Kenntnisse für z. B. Dokumentation, Arbeitszeiterfassung, Intranet, Recherche
  • Das bieten wir dir
  • Anstellungsausmaß: 25-30 Wochenstunden
  • Start: ab 2. November 2026

  • Bezahlung nach Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich (SWÖ-KV), VG 6, Mindestgehalt bei Vollzeitanstellung 2.867,20 Euro brutto; je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten bis zu 3.210,00 Euro brutto; zuzüglich SEG-Zulage sowie Sonn-, Feiertags- und Nachtarbeitszuschläge. Für die Berufsgruppen Sozialbetreuer:innen sowie Pflege(fach)assistent:innen wird zusätzlich ein Pflegebonus gewährt.
