Wir suchen aktuell:

#### Heilerziehungspfleger:in als Gruppenleitung (m/w/d)

  • für unsere Tagesstätte in Bremerhaven-Leherheide
  • ab sofort in Vollzeit (38,5h/Wo.)
  • unbefristete Anstellung

Ihre Aufgaben: 

  • individuelle Förderung der betreuten Person
  • Planung und Durchführung von pädagogischen Angeboten
  • Planung und Strukturierung des Tages- und Wochenablaufes der Betreuten
  • Erstellung eines Förderplanes
  • hygienische Versorgung der Betreuten
  • Nahrungszuführung, Sondenversorgung
  • Medikamentenabgabe nach ärztlicher Verordnung
  • Teamgespräche, Angehörigengespräche

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Heilerzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger, Heilpädagoge oder vergleichbar (w/m/d)
  • Berufserfahrung im o.g. Aufgabenfeld
  • Kenntnisse von heilpädagogischer Einzel- und Gruppenförderung
