  • Gestaltung der Freizeit in der Gruppe sowie individuellen Interessen folgend
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung in gesundheitlichen und pflegerischen Belangen
  • Organisation von zusätzlichen Dienstleistungen
  • Begleiten von Mitspracheprozessen und Ermöglichen von Teilhabe in der Gesellschaft
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Erwachsenenvertretern und Ämtern
  • Dokumentation

  • Abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung oder in Ausbildung befindend
  • WG/GV-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang
  • Team- und Reflexionsfähigkeit, Flexibilität
  • UBV Ausbildung
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten
