  • bei erforderlicher Qualifikation und mindestens zweijähriger Berufserfahrung erfolgt die Eingruppierung in die Entgeltgruppe S 7
  • SuE-Zulage: 130,00 € / Vollzeit

## Deine Tätigkeit bei uns

  • eigenständige Leitung einer Arbeitsgruppe
  • individuelle Begleitung, Anleitung und Unterstützung von Menschen mit erhöhtem Hilfebedarf – ressourcenorientiert und auf Augenhöhe
  • Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsgruppe: fachlich, sozial und strukturell
  • Planung und Umsetzung von arbeits- und bildungspädagogischen Maßnahmen
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung neuer Arbeitsangebote, Projekte und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit, Mitbestimmung und beruflicher Perspektive
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards und der notwendigen Dokumentation

## Dein Profil

  • Heilerzieungspfleger:in, Ergotherapeut:in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • idealerweise mit mindestens zweijähriger Berufserfahrung
  • flexibel
  • teamfähig
  • selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
  • Berufsanfänger:innen sind genauso willkommen
