  • Quereinsteiger:innen ohne erforderliche Qualifikation erhalten entsprechend den tariflichen Regelungen eine niedrigere Eingruppierung
  • SuE-Zulage: 130,00 € bei Vollzeit

## Deine Tätigkeit bei uns

  • bedarfsorientierte Begleitung und Förderung der Fähigkeiten von Bewohner:innen
  • Anleitung im praktischen Lebensbereich
  • individuelle Förderung in sämtlichen Belangen des alltäglichen Lebens
  • Durchführung von verschiedenen Gruppenaktivitäten und Angeboten
  • enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg:innen, Angehörigen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen
  • Früh- und Spätdienst
  • Wochenenddienst i. d. R. alle zwei Wochen

## Dein Profil

  • Heilerziehungspfleger:in, Erzieher:in, Ergotherapeut:in
  • alternativ Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in oder Altenpfleger:in mit zweijähriger Berufserfahrung in einer Einrichtung für Menschen mit Hilfebedarf
  • flexibel und teamfähig
  • selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Berufsanfänger:innen sind genauso willkommen
