Meine Aufgaben:

  • Individuelle Unterstützung/Begleitung und Betreuung
  • Mitgestalten des Alltags und Organisation von Aktivität, wie z.B. Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsgruppen
  • soziale und praktische Hilfestellung (z.B. Antragstellungen)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen und Kooperation mit Leistungsträgern

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatl. anerkannter Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung von mind. 3 Jahren
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Sucht, Rehabilitation und Rückfallprophylaxe sind wünschenswert. Erfahrung mit therapeutischen Ansätzen oder Gruppenarbeit ist von Vorteil.
  • Empathie und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Wille zum Schichtdienst
