Über uns:

Wir von der Diakonie Michaelshoven e.V. suchen für unsere Tagesgruppe in Köln-Rodenkirchen einen Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) ab sofort in Teilzeit 25 Stunden/Woche.

Mit Menschen Perspektiven schaffen – dieser Leitsatz fasst zusammen, was wir mit unserer Arbeit erreichen wollen.

Als größter diakonischer Träger im Kölner Raum betreuen wir pro Jahr rund 14.000 Menschen in mehr als 100 Einrichtungen. Als soziales Unternehmen gilt dieser Leitsatz gleichermaßen für unsere mehr als 2.500 Mitarbeiter und über 650 Ehrenamtlichen, die uns jeden Tag dabei unterstützen, Menschen zu begleiten und zu fördern.

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger, Erzieher (m/w/d) oder Studium in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie, Sonderpädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaft
  • Zuverlässig, lösungsorientiert und ein echter Teamplayer
  • Selbstständig und flexibel

Wir bieten:

  • Spitzenvergütung nach BAT-KF: 3.620,00 € bis 4636,00 brutto/Monat bei 39 Std./Woche, plus Zulagen
