  • Bei uns steht der Mensch mit all seinen körperlichen, geistigen und seelischen Bedürfnissen im Vordergrund! Deshalb suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres Teams ab sofort Heilerziehungspfleger, Heilpädagogen oder Erzieher für die Betreuung von Menschen mit Behinderung in einer Wohngruppe in Berlin Zehlendorf.
  • Ihre Aufgaben als Heilerziehungspfleger
  • Entwicklung und Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und sozialen Kompetenz der Beeinträchtigten Menschen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung des Alltags, Verpflegung und Körperhygiene
  • Entwicklung individueller Förderpläne
  • Vermittlung bei Konflikten und Krisenintervention
  • Das bringen Sie als Heilerziehungspfleger mit
  • Staatliche Anerkennung zum Heilerziehungspfleger, Erzieher oder Heilpädagoge
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Auch Berufsein- und Wiedereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
  • Beteiligung an Supervisionen sowie den Fallbesprechungen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
