  • Wir suchen für unsere Kunden im Großraum Bremen Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung von Menschen mit Behinderung im Alltag
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und persönlichen Entwicklung
  • Planung und Durchführung pädagogischer und beschäftigungsorientierter Angebote
  • Unterstützung bei der sozialen und gesellschaftlichen Teilhabe
  • Dokumentation und fachliche Beobachtung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen sowie mit interdisziplinären Fachkräften
  • Unterstützung bei pflegerischen und – je nach Qualifikation und Einrichtung – medizinischen Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und ein wertschätzender Umgang
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
