Unsere Einrichtung Rappertshofen Reutlingen ist ein Dienstleister im Bereich der Hilfen für Körper- und Mehrfachbehinderung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit in unbefristeter Anstellung.

### Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

  • Assistenz, Förderung und Pflege von Menschen mit Behinderung
  • Individuelle ressourcenorientierten Teilhabeplanung
  • Tagesstruktur und Freizeitgestaltung
  • Hilfestellung, Begleitung und Anleitung bei der alltäglichen Lebensführung
  • Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen anhand eines EDV-gestützten Dokumentationssystems (Vivendi)

### Wir erwarten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung wünschenswert
  • Organisationsgeschick, Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Unterstützung der Leitidee einer teilhabeorientierten Behindertenhilfe
  • Fähigkeit zur Umsetzung der Ideen von individueller Teilhabe und Inklusion
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
