  • ✓ Abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger, Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ✓ Selbstständiges, verantwortliches und zuverlässiges Arbeiten ✓ Wertschätzender und achtsamer Umgang mit Menschen ✓ Motivation und Interesse an Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • ✓ Begleitung und Assistenz von Menschen mit Behinderung bei der individuellen Basisversorgung während der Nachtzeit✓ Übernahme von grund- und behandlungspflegerischen Verrichtungen unter Beachtung der pflegefachlichen Standards✓ Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen des Nachtdienstteams und des Tagdienstes ✓ Dokumentation der Betreuungsleistungen
