## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit im Gruppendienst unserer Wohnstätten
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Klient\*innen im häuslichen Umfeld sowie im Freizeit-, Arbeits- und psychosozialen Bereich
  • Unterstützung der Bewohner\*innen bei der Alltagsbewältigung und aktivierende Betreuung
  • Verantwortung und Übernahme von organisatorischen, pflegerischen und hauswirtschaftlichen Arbeiten
  • Erstellen von Dokumentationen, Assistenzplänen und Berichten
  • Elternarbeit sowie Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

## Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspflegerin (m/w/d), Erzieherin (m/w/d), Sozialpädagogin (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Behindertenarbeit / Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Förderung von erwachsenen Menschen mit einer geistigen Behinderung
  • Bereitschaft zum Schicht-, Nacht- und Wochenenddienst
  • Personzentrierte Beziehungsgestaltung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerscheinklasse B/III wünschenswert
