  • Individuelle Betreuung und Förderung von Kindern mit Behinderung
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung heilpädagogischer Konzepte
  • Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team aus Pädagogik und Pflege
  • Dokumentation und Reflexion des Förderprozesses
  • Dein Profil
  • Wir suchen Heilpädagogen (m/w/d) und Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d)
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
