Heilpädagoge/-pädagogin für den therapeutischen Fachdienst

In Teilzeit (20-25 Std.)

Für die Mitarbeit im therapeutischen Fachdienst des Kinderheimes St. Alban suchen wir ab sofort einen Heilpädagogen/eine Heilpädagogin.

In unserer direkt am Ammersee gelegenen Jugendhilfeeinrichtung werden Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 0 bis 16 Jahren in alters- und geschlechtsgemischten Wohngruppen betreut.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Ihre Aufgaben liegen wesentlich in der Einzel- und Gruppenförderung, sowie in der Beratung der Mitarbeiter*innen.

Schwerpunkt der Förderung sind:

Frühkindliche Förderung, Psychomotorik, Sprache, Sozial- und Spielverhalten, emotionale Stabilisierung, Förderung von Teilleistungsstörungen.

Sie arbeiten in einem Fachteam mit einem Psychologen, einer Sonderpädagogin und einer Werkpädagogin und kooperieren mit externen Fachdiensten wie Logopäden und Ergotherapeuten.

Ihr Profil:

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene heilpädagogische Ausbildung mit staatlicher Anerkennung und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern.
