Für unsere vollstationäre Einrichtung in Hohenstein-Ernstthal suchen wir eine Pflegeassistenz *oder Helfer-Altenpflege*

  • Als Voraussetzung haben Sie Berufserfahrungen in der Pflege .
  • Ein Berufsabschluss ist wünschenswert.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Unterstützung bei der körperlichen Pflege und der Durchführung der alltäglichen Aufgaben.

  • Sie arbeiten in 2 -3Schichten und am Wochenende .
  • 25-30 Wochenstunden (Frühdienst 06:15-12:45 Uhr; Spätdienst 14:00-20:30 Uhr).
  • Zwei Wochenenden im Monat müssen als Dienste geplant werden.
  • Wir arbeiten nach Dienstplan und versuchen die Berücksichtigung von Wunschdiensten einzuarbeiten.

Unsere Einrichtung ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Wichtig ist uns eine freundlicher und einfühlsamer Umgang mit unseren Bewohnern.

Dafür sind Deutschkenntnisse ( mindestens B2 ) zur Verständigung notwendig.
