Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, IOS, Drucker und Netzwerk und Telekommunikation

Durchführen von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets sowie individuellen Projektaufträge

Qualifikationen

Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows Betriebssystemen

Kenntnisse in aktuellen Standard-Applikationen (Office-Produkte, Adobe, etc.)

Kenntnisse in Bereich Hardware (PC, Notebooks, Drucker, IP Telefonie und mobilen Endgeräten)
