Wir suchen für die Wintersaison 2026/2027 von Dezember bis April Rezeptionisten/-innen für unsere first mountain Hotels in Österreich.

Als Rezeptionist/-in stehst du im direkten Kontakt mit unseren Gästen. Daher legen wir großen Wert auf Freundlichkeit und eine sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch. Neben der Arbeit erwartet Dich ein sympathisches Team!

Aufgaben:

Erster Ansprechpartner für Gäste

Rezeptionsdienste, Check-In-Out

Konflikt- und Beschwerdemanagement

Kassenverantwortung

Buchungsbearbeitung

Qualifikation:

Ausgeprägte Serviceorientiertheit

Zuverlässiges und schnelles Arbeiten

Freundlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit

Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

EU-Staatsangehörigkeit oder freier Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt
