### Helfer im Tiefbau (m/w/d)

Wir sind ein kleines, regional tätiges Tiefbauunternehmen und suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams einen zuverlässigen Helfer im Tiefbau (m/w/d).

Du musst kein gelernter Tiefbaufacharbeiter sein – wichtig ist, dass du mit anpacken kannst und Lust auf Arbeit im Freien hast.

Wir sind auch offen für flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle, falls Teilzeit gewünscht ist.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei Kanal- und Erdarbeiten
  • Zuarbeiten für Facharbeiter und Maschinenführer
  • Verlegen von Rohren und Kabeln
  • Pflaster- und Nebenarbeiten
  • Allgemeine Baustellentätigkeiten

### Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Erfahrung im Bau ist gut, aber kein Muss – wir arbeiten dich ein

### Was dich bei uns erwartet

  • Baustellen ausschließlich regional (max. 50 km rund um unseren Betriebshof)
  • Abends wieder zuhause – keine langen Montageeinsätze
  • Samstagsarbeit nur nach Absprache
  • Unterstützung bei Weiterbildungen (z. B. Maschinenschein, Führerschein)
  • Unbefristete Festanstellung
  • Faire Bezahlung
  • Kleines Team, mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen
