Die Lebenshilfe Haus und Garten gGmbH ist ein Inklusionsbetrieb und bietet mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Gartenpflege und Gartengestaltung professionelle Dienstleistungen für die Pflege von privaten Gärten, gewerblichen Außenanlagen und öffentlichen Grünflächen, Spielplätzen und vieles mehr.

Unsere Besonderheit? 50 Prozent unserer Mitarbeiter haben ein Handicap. Sie arbeiten Seite an Seite mit Gärtnermeistern und qualifizierten Fachkräften zusammen.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter m/w/d (nur schwerbehinderte oder ihnen gleichgestellte Menschen) für die Gartenpflege in Vollzeit mit 38,5 Stunden in der Woche.

Befristung: vorerst auf 12 Monate. Unmittelbar danach erfolgt ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis

Aufgaben:

  • -Grünflächenpflege
  • -Heckenschnitt
  • -Reinigen

Voraussetzungen:

  • Schwerbehinderung oder Gleichstellung
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
  • gerne Erfahrung in der Gartenpflege und Umgang mit Rasenmäher, Freischneider etc.
