  • Mitarbeit bei der täglichen Vor- und Zubereitung von Speisen und Durchführung einfacher Kochtätigkeiten unter Anleitung
  • Anrichten unter Anleitung und Ausgabe der Speisen
  • Reinigung der Küchengeräte, Arbeitsflächen und Böden auf Basis des vorgegebenen Hygieneplans
  • Gründliche Reinigung von Weiß- und Schwarzgeschirr sowie weiterer Kochutensilien und Bestecke
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung geltender Vorgaben, Richtlinien und des Reinigungs- und Hygieneplans sowie des HACCP-Konzepts
  • Mitwirkung bei der ordnungsgemäßen Kontrolle bei der Warenannahme

  • Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet, ein Mindestgehalt laut Kollektivvertrag anzugeben.

Bei dieser Stelle handelt es sich um EUR 2.026,00 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeit-Basis (KV Gastronomie & Hotellerie).

Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird - abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation - im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs vereinbart.
